There is an entire philosophical school of contextual realism so claiming contextuality denies reality is an incredibly ludicrous claim. I made a full response to this and a discussion of the contextual realist point-of-view and why we can indeed interpret the results of measurements in quantum mechanics as revealing objective reality as it exists independently of the observer.
